Using Daily Vitamins the Right Way

Most of us take vitamins on autopilot — one with breakfast, maybe another at night. But timing, pairing, and consistency decide how much good those capsules actually do.
Fat-soluble vitamins such as D3 absorb best with food that contains a little healthy fat: eggs, yoghurt, or avocado toast all work. Water-soluble vitamins like C are gentler on an empty stomach but easiest to remember alongside a meal.
Consistency beats dosage. A modest daily dose taken every day outperforms a large dose taken whenever you remember. Keep the bottle where you will see it — next to the coffee maker, not buried in a drawer.
And check the label for what is not inside: fruit-based pectin instead of gelatin, no gluten, no artificial colours. The cleanest formula is usually the one your routine can stick with for years.
